Here are the steps for creating a new website:

1) Choose the Right Plan
A)
A custom estimate
Created to fit your firm's unique requirements, custom estimates work well with site upgrades, redesigns and projects with unique or extensive requirements.
B)
A website package
Standard - $2500.
Enhanced - $4000
Expanded - $5500

Pick an package that fits your needs and budget and customize it with
2) Options Phone Conference
A)
Custom Estimate
Clients discuss their specific website plans with a project manager, who will give them an estimate.
B)
Website package
Clients pick a package and select à la carte features. Their estimate will reflect these choices.
3) Submit Project Retainer
All Clients
Cut a check for half the retainer amount to initiate the project.
4) Submit Content & Preferences
All Clients need to:

1) Pick at least 3 websites
they like including addresses and descriptions of features they like from our list of websites or others they find online.

2) Choose a color scheme from our samples or of their own.

3) Send a content outline of the new site including page titles, sub-titles, any body text, links and other relevant page descriptions. Also included descriptions of text that needs to be created or edited.

4) Submit any images, video, graphics or other design elements, including descriptions of such items you would like us to create or locate.

5) Consultation & Creating the Site
All Clients will:
Have a consultation with a project manager to discuss firm identity, goals, structure, content, design, colors, graphics, animation, interactivity, optimization and whatever concerns them about their website. Having developed a plan, we will implement it opportunities to preview progress and make adjustments.
6) Reviewing & Proofing the Site
When the site has been created, it will be posted online for the client to proof and review. Corrections and adjustments will be made from a hit list, if necessary, based on client feedback.
7) Pay Balance & Go Live with the Site
With final approval from the client, the website is uploaded to the domain name server, an invoice is sent and a check for the balance is sent to Best Case Graphics.
